2004 New Year's postcard for a magazine Dezain No Gemba.

Tracing the three lines indicated on the postcard will enable the recipient to read the messages: "Happy New Year," "Good luck in the New Year," and "From the designers' workshop," respectively.

Shortly before Takahashi designed the postcard, this idea first came to her when she was designing the cover for a quarterly magazine published by Kokusai Fashion Center in Ryogoku, Tokyo. This postcard is a derivative of the first idea. Printing "linear" messages in script font which gives the appearance of handwriting was a unique idea at that time, and Takahashi used it for many other creative and fun projects later.
