KIRAKIRAJAPANPROJECT (2006)

This was a design project for a package to be used for a variety of products developed jointly by BANDAI, a leading toy manufacturer in Japan, and various product designers.

Takahashi made the package to be used not only as a box in which to put goods, but also as a display plinth or decorative item. She designed it in the shape of a star to reinforce its strength, which allows for stacking, in addition to offering visual attraction. The design was an embodiment of this "KIRAKIRA (twinkling)" project.
