"Salon de MASAMI DESIGN" (2007~2008)

Client: Works Corporation

"Salon de MASAMI DESIGN" was a series of magazine columns in which she shared the core motto that lies behind all her thinking, expressed as: "Turn the points into lines; lines into planes." She has been adhering to this since her teenage years (the column revolved around this motto and another belief of hers, "Everything is connected").

The series featured connections between different individuals, with Takahashi serving as a catalyst, to help the readers picture the image, three-dimensionally, that everything is connected, and thereby encourage them to have the same understanding for society. Each month, a person she was connected to deeply and whose connection Takahashi wanted to share with her readers was chosen to take part in the column (and thank you, guests, for appearing in the columns).

Initially, Takahashi had hoped to cover many different professions, but unfortunately the series ended with the discontinuation of the magazine.
